Minister Lamamra holds phone conversation with the EU High Representative

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Mr. Ramtane LAMAMRA, had today a phone conversation with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the Commission, Mr. Josep BORRELL, at the latter's request. 

The discussions focused on the prospects of imparting to the partnership between Algeria and the EU a new dynamic for the establishment of balanced and mutually beneficial relations. The two leaders also discussed on this occasion the issues of common interest at the regional level, including the situation of crisis in the Sahel-Saharan region and the Middle East.
